In the 3. system, the unloading circuit fails or the unloading loop is not set, the oil pump can not be unloaded when it stops working. All the flow of the pump is overflow under high pressure, resulting in overflow loss and heating, resulting in temperature rise. 4. the fit gap is too small, or the gap is too large after the use of wear. The volume of internal and external leakage is large and the volume is lost, such as the pump's volume efficiency is reduced, and the temperature rises quickly. 5. high temperature and high temperature in the working environment result in higher oil temperature. 6. the viscosity of the selected oil is not proper, the viscosity is large, the viscous resistance is large, the viscosity is too small, the leakage increases, and the two conditions can cause the heating temperature rise.

Solution: 1. according to different load requirements, check and adjust the pressure of the relief valve regularly to make it right. 2. reasonably choose hydraulic oil, especially oil viscosity. If conditions permit, try to use a lower viscosity to reduce viscosity and friction loss. 3. improve the lubrication condition of the moving parts to reduce friction loss, reduce working load and reduce fever. 4. improve the assembly quality and accuracy of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems, strictly control the fit clearance and improve the lubrication conditions. The sealing materials with small friction coefficient and improved sealing structure are adopted to reduce the starting force of the hydraulic cylinder as far as possible, so as to reduce the heat generated by the mechanical friction loss. 5. if necessary, the cooling device is added.

(three) problems that should be paid attention to when using hydraulic system of plastic press.

1. users should understand the working principle of the hydraulic system, be familiar with various operations and adjust the position and rotation of the handle.

4. hydraulic oil should be regularly checked and replaced. For new hydraulic equipment that is put into use, the oil tank should be cleaned for 3 months or so, and new oil should be replaced. Wash and replace oil every six months to 1 years later. 5. pay attention to the oil at any time during work. When working normally, the oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 60 C. Oil temperature is too high should be managed to cool, and the use of high viscosity hydraulic oil. When the temperature is too low, it should be pre heated or run intermittently during the running process, so that the oil temperature will gradually increase and then enter the official running state.

6. check the oil surface to ensure that the system has enough oil.

8. the fuel tank should be sealed. The air holes on the tank should be provided with air filters to prevent the invasion of dirt and water. The oil should be filtered to clean the oil.

9. in the system, coarse and fine filters should be allocated according to needs. Filters should be checked, cleaned and replaced frequently.

10. for the adjustment of the pressure control components, the system pressure control valve is first adjusted, the overflow valve is adjusted from the pressure to zero, and the pressure is gradually raised to reach the specified pressure value; then the pressure control valve of each loop is adjusted in turn. The regulating pressure of the safety relief valve of the main hydraulic pump is usually larger than the 10%--25% of the working pressure required by the actuating component. The pressure of the fast motion hydraulic pump is generally greater than the required pressure of 10% --20%. If the unloading pressure is used to control the oil circuit and the lubricating oil path, the pressure should be kept within the range of 0.3--0.6MPa. The adjusting pressure of the pressure relay should generally be lower than the oil pressure 0.3-- 0.5MPa.

11. the flow control valve should be transferred from small to large flow and should be adjusted step by step. The flow control valve of synchronous motion executive element should be adjusted at the same time to ensure the smoothness of movement.

2, when the plastic pellet machine operates, the material temperature does not reach the set temperature, and the holding time is not enough.

3. Operators should be trained and familiar with the structural performance and operation procedures of plastic machinery.

4, pay attention to fire safety, fire extinguishers need to be placed near the use of heat transfer oil equipment.

5, failure or abnormal situation must be reported to the relevant personnel, and professional maintenance personnel to deal with. If an abnormal phenomenon affecting safety is found, press the emergency stop switch immediately.

6, do not use low quality material with metallic impurities or silt, and the metal objects that may be dropped near the inlet can not be placed in order to prevent the wear of the screw or cylinder or to cause the death and damage of the card.

7, the operation of the plastic granulator should use the hydraulic oil that meets the requirements of cleanliness, viscosity and other indexes, and provides sufficient flow of cooling water for the oil cooler, so as to prevent the hydraulic components and pipelines from oil pollution or high temperature to produce clogging, oil leakage and other damage phenomena. The extruder should fill the reducer with the lubricating oil that meets the requirements.
