Instructions for the use of three screw extruder

1) preparation of equipment use instructions


1, whether the electrical wiring is accurate, whether there is any loosening phenomenon.


2. The motor must be measured with megaohmmeter. The insulation resistance of the cast aluminum heater should not be less than 0.5M ohm. 3. The installation of testing elements such as thermocouples and melts sensors is good.


4. The voltage of the main motor is 380V, and the frequency range is 0-50HZ. The screw speed is 0-130r/min.

5. Check the lubrication system:


(1) add lubricating oil to the gear box to indicate the oil level of the oil standard.


(2) check the oil circulation system and the fuel supply at each point. After turning the oil pump to correct and unmistakable, the oil pump is opened, the pressure relay is set at the protection pressure less than 0.08Mpa alarm, and then checks and adjusts the oil quantity and fuel injection status of each oil supply point. 6, check all the upper and lower water pipes, tubing, should be smooth, no leakage, all control valves should be adjusted. 7. Manual turning safety coupler, check the moving parts such as transmission system and screw, no abnormal voice is qualified. The turning direction is viewed from the nose, the screw is turned clockwise, and the screw is not less than three circles.


8, whether the main screw assembly configuration is suitable for the material variety to be processed, and if it is obviously not suitable, it should be recombined and adjusted.


9, clean up storage bin and hopper, confirm no impurity foreign matter, fill the material storage bin, start automatic feeding machine. When the material in the hopper reaches the predetermined material level, the feeding machine will stop feeding automatically. All kinds of metering and feeding devices should be calibrated according to the requirements of the process, the feeding curves of each charging device are given, and the commissioning plan is agreed. 10. Check the feeding device:


(1) add a suitable amount of calcium based lubricant to the cycloid reducer, then add it regularly (1-2 months). (2) check and confirm that there is no dirt in the hopper.


(3) low speed operation (from clockwise) from the direction of discharge, brisk and sound free.


11, for the operation of the vacuum exhaust requirements, we should add clean tap water to the specified water level in the condensing tank, close the vacuum pipe and the condensing tank, and check the good sealing ring of the exhaust chamber.


12, the mainframe cooling is soft water cooling. Turn on the backwater manual valve and press the start button to start the circulation system. Adjust the working pressure regulating valve, so that the system pressure meets the requirements and is stable.


13, for the materials with larger internal heat or shear heat sensitivity, the soft water cooling circulating system should be used. The soft water should be filled in the water tank until the required liquid level before use. When the system is used for the first time, the appropriate amount of soft water should be added to the normal level after the system works. Before use, the cylinder cooling section valves must be tightly closed.


14, only when the above items are examined seriously and correctly, can the unit have the conditions of commissioning.


(2) open operation

1, push the A and B switches up. 2, the heating control switch is pushed up. 3, the solenoid valve switch is pushed up.


4. Preheat the heating. The heating temperature of each section is set according to the requirement of the process. When the heating temperature of each section reaches the set value, the constant temperature is kept for 20-30 minutes, and then the temperature control meter and the electromagnetic valve of each section cooling pipe are checked again. 5. Start the lubricating oil pump switch and observe the oil pressure gauge at the rear of the main engine. It should be at 0.1-0.2MPa. (always keep 0.1-0.2MPa, below 0.05MPa below the engine, oil pump, oil pump motor and line) 6, open lubricating oil pump, cooling water, granulator and other switches.

7, manual coil machine, rotating three cycles, no abnormal situation, after the main motor control system, clockwise rotation of the main engine speed knob (notice should start the main engine before the start of the knob reverse clockwise to zero), slowly improve the screw speed (see figure -1, figure -2). When the screw is idle, the speed should not be higher than 30-40r/min, and the time is less than 2 minutes. Check the operation of the machine and whether the no-load current is normal.


8, if there is no abnormal operation of the host, you can start adding material (for example, side feeding, should start the feeding device in accordance with the process requirements), and start feeding at the low speed as low as possible. (please note that the speed control knob before driving is set at zero position, see figure -2). The standby head has material discharge and then slowly increases the screw speed and double wrist feeder speed. When the speed is up, the speed of the feeder should be raised to the speed of the feeder to match the speed of the feed machine with the main engine, and adjust the cutting speed in time so that the particles produced are in accordance with the requirements. Every time the main engine and feeder is raised, the current index of the main engine is observed at any time in the process of adjusting the speed. In principle, it is better to control the current of the host with no more than 80% of the rated current. At the same time, pay attention to the operation of all parts of the unit, such as noise, vibration, bearing heating, heating temperature, main current and other main operating data must be in the conventional range. If there is a foreign sound, it should be stopped in time. For a certain screw combination, the capacity of the machine and the size of the load (the current of the host) mainly depend on the quantity of the feed, and the effect of the plasticizing and mixing depends more on the rationality of the screw combination form, the rotating speed of the main engine, the temperature of the heating and the effect of the exhaust. It is essential to adjust these parameters many times during trial run.

9, soft water cooling cycle system. Each section of the cylinder cooling pipe is equipped with manual cut-off valve and solenoid valve, the former controls soft water flow, and the latter is connected with temperature control instrument automatically to control soft water to break. The feeding section of the cylinder is only equipped with manual cut-off valve, and the material can not be opened for the material with no tendency of melt accumulation at the feeding port. In the start-up phase, the soft water circulation system does not need to be used. After the operation of the host is stable, if the test temperature of the cylinder is obviously higher than the setting temperature, the water pump can be started and the bypass relief valve at the outlet of the pump is adjusted to control the outlet pressure of the pump at 0.2 - 0.3MPa, and then the cooling tube section will be opened slightly. Valve (not completely open), wait for a few minutes to observe the temperature change of the section, if there is no obvious downward trend or drop to a new balance temperature, but more than the allowable value, then a proper amount or small pipe valve. This process often needs to be repeated to meet the requirements. After adjusting the valve opening, no adjustment is required for the same material operation. The water temperature of the soft water tank is controlled by adjusting the water cooler of the water tank.




10, for the exhaust operation, the vacuum pump should be started after the main engine enters the stable running state, and the vacuum pump is opened before starting. If the material plasticized in the slot of the exhaust port is full, the vacuum pipeline valve can be opened if it is normal. The vacuum degree is less than 0.06MPa. If the exhaust port has the "riser" phenomenon, it can be eliminated by adjusting the rotating speed of the main engine and the feeding machine, and changing the combination configuration of the screw. When cleaning out the material in the exhaust chamber, the cleaning tool must not be turned into the rotating screw. Before shutting down the vacuum chamber, we should first turn off the vacuum pipe valve and turn off the vacuum pump to prevent the air in the vacuum pipe from returning.

11, test back to 50%-80% load trial production 48 hours, so that all parts of the movement after "running in" and then put into normal production.


(3) precautions for the operation of the host


1, the rated current of the host is the rated current of the motor, and the normal operation should be controlled below 80% of the rated current, and there is room to prevent the overload (refer to the motor nameplate for the rated current, please refer to the motor). The rated voltage and frequency of the main engine should be controlled over 50% of the rated voltage and frequency when running normally.


2. The head pressure sensor is equipped with digital display. The number of digital display table should be below 10MPa. The operator should monitor the digital display number at all times. If more than 15MPa is above, it should be checked whether the flow channel is blocked, the feed should be stopped immediately. At the same time, the screw speed of the main engine is gradually reduced and the number on the sensor display table should be adjusted below 10MPa, if the number of tables is numbed. The word is still high and should be checked manually.


3, the operator should regularly check the tail lubricating oil pressure gauge (value 0.1-0.2MPa). If less than 0.05MPa, the oil circuit, oil pump motor and oil pump should be stopped immediately to protect the normal operation of the gearbox gear. 4. (1) adjust the screw speed of feeder to zero and press the stop button of feeder. (2) close the vacuum pipe valve.

(3) gradually reduce the screw speed of the host to the residual material in the machine barrel at low speed. After the material is basically finished, the screw speed is adjusted to zero, and the main motor stop button is stopped. At the same time, close the vacuum chamber valve and open the vacuum chamber cover. (4) press the stop button of the main motor, the oil pump, the water pump and the heating switch in each section of the electric control cabinet in turn. (5) stop all auxiliary power supply.
