1, after the extruder is used for 500 hours, the gear or other impurities will be worn out in the gearbox. Therefore, the gear should be cleaned and the reducer should be replaced at the same time.

2, double screw granulation machine after a period of time to do a comprehensive inspection, check the tightness of all screws.

3. If you find the turn of the meter and pointer is full, check whether the contact of the thermocouple equilateral is good.

4. If the electricity is interrupted, the main drive and the heating stop, when the power supply is restored, the barrel must be reheated to the specified temperature and the extruder can be opened for a period of time.

Two, the daily maintenance of the twin-screw granulation machine:

1, the screw is only allowed to start at low speed, and the idle time does not exceed 3 minutes.

2, materials are not allowed to have debris, strictly prohibit metal and sand and other hard objects into the hopper and extruder.

3, there should be enough heating up time before heating. After reaching the set temperature, the temperature should be kept constant for 2 hours.

4, when opening the lid or suction cover, prevent foreign objects from falling into the main engine.

And many friends think that the more screw number in the granulator, the efficiency and effect is absolutely better, and this is actually a misunderstanding, and because the twin screw granulator and the three screw extruder have their own advantages and disadvantages, so how to choose, in fact, should be based on the actual conditions of their own. The application of high speed meshing co rotating twin screw is very common, and the high speed meshing twin screw extruder is a new product which has just appeared in recent years. Its excellent performance is becoming more and more concerned, but it is still lack of deep research.

1. From the point of view of machine design, three types of hybrid extruders are combined, which is conducive to the adjustment of processing technology. In the design of the screw, the three models are basically the same, but the number and layout of the inner holes are different. Screw design, the three models are the same. Therefore, from the mechanical point of view, all applications of the twin screw extruder can be replaced by the LTS and TTS type without changing the processing technology, and can produce more excellent performance materials.

The mixing effect is 3 times of the twin screw, and the components are easily homogenized and microparticle, and the material is in the space of many layers. Full exchange of flow to achieve good plasticizing and dispersing effect, and can achieve 55% high filling ratio, feeding and transportation is also very stable; in addition, it has good self cleaning, avoid material dead angle, make the production of product performance uniform.

When producing carbon black screen material, double proof mother material and antistatic masterbatch, these materials are required to be as small as possible because of the high cost of their effective components, and they are dispersed as even as possible with a small amount of addition, and the halogen free flame retardant, like PP non halogen fuel, can be added to a large amount. Halogen flame retardant effect, but uneven distribution not only affects the physical and mechanical properties of products, but also affects the flame retardant effect. The excellent shearing dispersion mixing performance of the three screw can meet this requirement. That is to say, the three screw can achieve the same even better mixing and dispersing effect with the twin-screw with the smaller ratio of length to diameter. It not only improves the material quality, simplifies the production process and reduces the cost, but also is the ideal choice for the masterbatch manufacturer to produce high performance and high quality products.
